CHOCOLATE HONEY CAKE

2 eggs

1 cup raw sugar

¾ cup oil

¾ cup honey

¼ teasp cinnamon

¼ teasp mixed spice

¼ teasp ground cloves

½ teasp bicarb soda

2 tablesp cocoa

1 cup self raising flour

1 cup plain flour

1 cup boiling water

Put into the electric mixing bowl all the ingredients except the flour and water and mix until blended and smooth

Add the flour and boiling water and mix again.

Note it’s quite a runny mixture

Bake for about 60 minutes at 180 degrees.
